Stewarding God’s Mission
We live in an age, particularly in the United States, where there is almost an excess of opportunities and kinds of ministries of varying scope and scale that are categorized under “missions work” of the church… So as I prepare to embark on a summer mission project this summer, clarifying and understanding the role of missions is imperative to being a good steward of our faith and the opportunities we have in going or sending others on missions.
Memories of a Missionary
When I came to Cornerstone Church in September of 2021, I already knew about our relationship with Tanzania since I’ve seen my friends from Cornerstone’s sending church, Grace Community Chapel, go every year for over the past decade. But the main reason why this country drew me was because of a man named Dan Choi.
